The owner seriously needs to learn how to talk to people. When I dropped my dog off, she had an accident — probably because she was nervous — and the owner immediately said, “I guess she didn’t walk her dog this morning.” Completely unnecessary and judgmental. I told her I wanted a different haircut because I didn’t like how it looked last time. Her whole mood changed. She started throwing out grooming terms I don’t know, and when I asked her to explain, she acted annoyed that she had to. Then she says, “Is this your first dog?” Excuse me? What kind of comment is that to a paying customer? At pickup, I was just neutral while looking at the cut, and she says, “Oh, you’re fussy.” That was the final straw. Patti does a fantastic cairn terrier cut and grooming. We have been to other places that came no where close to her knowledge and expertise.Our dog is very comfortable with her. *****

We have been going to a groomer since our baby boy was about 2 months when we got him....after awhile we felt she wasnt 'doing a good job and felt it was time to find a new one ..we are so happy that we found patty she really did a great job it was our first time using her and really made the experience relaxing we are very pleased at the job she did and I can see he feels the same we highly recommend her thank you
