Lucky Paws Pet Grooming (Under New Ownership)

Don’t ever bring your dog to this place. The groom for my shih tzu was supposed to be $75 with $10 off coupon. I was charged $95.90 they added $10 charge and told me my dog was matted. My dog was not matted. Oh and my dog came out all chopped up. No puppy cut. She looks worse than she went in.

Today I went to pick up my dog and heard the groomer, Oxana, yell at and hit a dog. I certainly will not bring my King Charles back there again. After spending $136 on the grooming, my dog came home with unevenly cut fur. I will never take my dog somewhere where she is not safe. Also, they told me that the dogs would not be created, but that is not true. Be cautious when bringing your dog here.

Reggie did a wonderful job on our little guy. He got a bath and a beautiful haircut. He smelled amazing and he was so happy when I picked him up.

One of the groomers Layla was very disrespectful and cut my dogs body badly. As soon we came in, she didn’t like that my dog didn’t have a sweater and kept lecturing like we were little kids. We told her to be carful with our dog and she didn’t. Layla left red marks on my dog and said it was allergies. In reality, it was cuts on the body. I don’t recommend her. even try to connect the owner but she didn’t answer me.
