I was babysitting my sisters yorkies - 1 girl (gigi) and 1 boy (Benny). I took them here to get a full grooming. I gave them clear instructions not to cut the top of gigis hair because we like to put bows in it. I even showed him how we put the bow in. For Benny I said do not cut his tail we like to keep it long. He tells me it’s going to take 2.5 hours so I leave and go shopping. In 1 hour and 15 mins I get a text saying they’re both done. I go to pick them up and alll of gigis hair is gone! The top is completely cut you couldn’t put a bow in it if you tried. Her hair is soo short they basically just shaved her entire body. Same thing with Benny, his looks better but obviously they didn’t listen and cut his tail completely short. I tried to speak to the man who cut gigis hair but he only

The worst grooming service I have ever experienced. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. If you genuinely care about your pet’s safety and well-being, do not bring them here. On 1/10/26, we dropped off our 1-year-old Cavapoo for a simple haircut. When we got home, she would not stop licking. That’s when we discovered the groomers had cut her — a deep wound — and no one said a word to us. Not a phone call. Not a heads up at pickup. Nothing. We had to call them ourselves. The owner, Anna, apologized and offered a free bath once she healed. Fast forward to today, 2/13, when we returned for that free bath and nail trim. Once again, we noticed our dog obsessively licking her paws. We checked — her nail was bleeding and there was blood everywhere. Again, no one informed us.

I’ve been bringing my Afghan Hound to Cat Diggity Dog Salon for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Every visit, they do an outstanding job grooming my dog, and the care and attention they provide is truly remarkable. It’s always an stress-free experience, and yes my dog does get knots and they are so helpful and my dog comes back looking and feeling fantastic. Highly recommend them to anyone!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I had been bringing my dog here for years with no issues, but everything changed without warning. No one informed me there was new management and entirely new groomers, something that should have been made clear before booking. I showed photos and gave specific instructions not to shave my dog, and even explained how it could damage her coat. They completely ignored everything, shaved her down, cut her whiskers, and did a rushed, uneven job. When I called to express my concerns calmly and respectfully, the groomer spoke over me, was rude, and hung up. The manager was no help and I was denied a refund. DON’T go to this place unless you want your dog get the worse hair cut and get sick! My dog dear didi started to shake badly and vomiting right after their service. My dog went to their place healthy and very energetic. He just needed a full grooming service. See pictures below how he used to look like before we go there and how he looked when he is back.
