Lucky Dog Grooming

We are first time clients and were recommended to Lucky Dog Grooming by our Veterinarian. My rescue Bichon Frise has past trauma from being groomed and is difficult to trim. He is very reactive and I was hesitant to take him to a groomer. Lucky Dog put all my worries to rest. The owner took his case (I warned her about his reactivity issues) and she eased my concerns. She was professional and kind. She gave me updates and handled all my dog’s issues like the grounded, knowledgeable professional that I found her to be. I recommend Lucky Dog grooming to everyone, especially those with dogs who have been traumatized during grooming in the past. ❤️

Lucky Dog is a clean, pleasant place downtown. Riley always does a quality job with my golden doodle, Loretta. Loretta and Riley now have their trust established and routine down, and it is relatively fast and pleasant for everyone involved. Loretta loves going there! No nervousness or hesitation. Lucky Dog is also good at communicating with me, sending helpful messages and reminders.

Our long cat was matted. I tried trimming him myself and realized he need professional grooming! Reily gave him a lions cut! He looks great a feels so much better!! Clean establishment and everyone is so friendly! The dogs all came in with wagging tails! Highly recommend!

My dog came back clean, well groomed, and calm not stressed at all, which says a lot. The attention to detail was impressive, and the whole experience felt easy and well organized. I've brought my newfie here multiple times, I've always been satisfied with their work. She's a big girl, quiet the wiggle butt and thinks the brush is out to get her. I used to do her grooming myself so I know its quiet a task. But today, I absolutely loved how she came out. Megan worked on her today and was so patient with her, communicated great with me, and my sweet old lady is just glowing. I will be requesting her from here on out.
