Happy Tails Grooming Salon

Can’t begin to tell how wonderful the staff is at happy tails her in fairbanks!! I have a OLD schnauzer and a little spitfire schnauzer…I hadn’t had them groomed in a while cause I was out of town and then sick, so they both needed the visit.. they were SO wonderful and caring!!! Can’t give them enough stars!!!⭐️ THANK YOU YOU!!! AND they look wonderful!!

The appt was for noon and I was able to leave a little before 4. While I was checking in, I heard a groomer talk loudly to a crying dog (mine) to “sit still”, his nails were trimmed but obviously into the quip on several of them. I will continue to search for a 5 star place as Fysh is a very chill dog - never barks or cries. Unless he is hurting. I am disappointed as I had heard good things about this place

My puppy Rue had been going to Happy Tails for almost 2 years. My experience and my dogs' experience is positive. Rue is excited when I take her for her monthly wash and hair trim. They do a wonderful job and the employees are courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your dogs' grooming needs.

My dog, Lucy, hates grooming. Whitney is the only groomer I've ever been able to comfortably return to with Lucy. She does a fantastic job on the cut & making sure she's comfortable. Definitely recommend Whitney.

A few days ago I payed 130.00 (before tip), for a bath, de-shed and trim up around private areas and paw pads. My dog was still shedding so much when I picked her up and, they trimmed her nails which I mentioned did not need to be done as I prefer to do them at home due to past experience with her nails being cut to short leaving her bleeding from other groomers. They said she did amazing, I payed, and left. A couple days pass and I noticed my dog was licking her left paw not all the time but often which is not a super uncommon thing for her but I decided to look any way. They cut her pretty deep right below her carpal pad, it’s oozing and infected and will most likely require a vet visit if it persists. Upon further inspection her right carpal pad has a chunk out of it and was bleeding,
