Loving Hands Grooming

I've been coming there since 2018 and dealing with Liz the owner. I had one issue at this place when a groomer cut my dog a shih tzu and left blade marks on him all over his body. I was taken to the back and shown what happened and the groomers excuse was she didn't know. When you can visibly see it. The owners niece was frustrated about the groomers actions as well as I was. I accepted their apology and was not charged for the cut, which I would not of paid for my dog getting butchered anyways. I'm not sure if they have new owners or what's going on but prices are way too high and they don't even cut the dogs the way you expect or explain that you would like it. When it comes to big dogs they cannot handle it and they say because their big they have to charge more even if the dog is well

I took my dog to them. My dog got an infection from them using a dirty blade. I then took my dog to the vet and they said it was definitely from the grooming place. I went back to the grooming place nicely to try and get a refund and to show them the paperwork from the vet. They called the police on me. Was very nasty when I came back. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They are horrible

PETCO TURNED US AWAY! So after a few months of me grooming my baby at tractor supply, I booked my fur baby Rover a grooming. I had the best experience ever with my baby girl Rover! She is very anxious in her environments. I expressed that to all the stylist. They listened and treated my baby girl so gentle. Rover did need to see me around for the owner to do her grooming. Rover is so happy and clean! I’m beyond blessed to finally find a groomers who understands and who are knowledgeable in our babies emotions. Glad to say I booked her next appointment and will continue bringing her and her fur siblings here!🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 THANK YOU! 🐶🐾

I’m mortified about what they did to my dog. How did I leave them with my dog looking like pictures 1 & 2 and come back home with picture 3? Before I had left, I told the groomer to keep her hair long. When I picked her up, they said they shaved my dog due to “previous notes” but who would want their beautiful dog’s hair to be all cut off for no reason?? Having all of my dog’s hair cut off is NOT a preference I would ever ask for. I asked if her hair was matted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they said no. It’s gonna take MONTHS for her hair to grow back. I’m so upset.

It was our first time at the Loving Hands Grooming place. The groomers were very friendly and did a very good job for our short haired basset hound mix doggie Casey. The nails were trimmed exactly the way we described to them. They were very understanding of our dog's behavior traits and anxiety. It was nice of the groomers to consider not to spray much fragrances at the end of the session because we are allergic to some of them. We definitely will return in the future.
