This is our 5th veterinary clinic we tried within the metro Atlanta area and so far the best experience we had! The staff is very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. As soon as you walk in, you almost feel like you’ve made it home. My dog was very well behaved and at ease. Any other Vet we went to in the past I actually had to muzzle him, but not here. We finally found our new vet clinic we can trust! 10/10!!!

Dr. Walton has been absolutely wonderful with our kitten! He’s gone above and beyond to help her and ensure she was seen quickly, which really put us at ease. We’re so grateful to have such a dedicated veterinarian caring for her!

Two years ago, I was in a dire financial situation and Lavista Animal Hospital offered to help with a discounted euthanasia on my cat. The experience was traumatic, they kept her "in the back" for her IV in excess of 20mins. They also charged me full price, which led to 2 additional charges to not clear, having overdraft fees. Back and forth on the phone, never refunded. Today, my 2nd cat sadly needed to cross over. I called about an appointment, I said that I would not go thru being separated like that in the back. While waiting for our appointment today, he had a small seizure. The veterinarian insisted they had to take him back. Had the front desk been clear that he would be taken to the back, I would have gotten an appointment elsewhere. To say I was distraught was an understatement,

I am so happy with the care my cats receive from the doctors, the vet assistants, and the front desk staff. They truly care, and they aren’t after every last dollar you have. They take a conservative and thoughtful approach to the care of your animals. Truly blessed with this family owned business!

Wow! Incredible service. I called as a new client about my dog experiencing diarrhea after being denied service by my usual veterinary clinic. I got an appointment same day on a Saturday. The Dr was in the exam room when I walked in. I feel confident in fulfilling the Dr's orders and felt all my questions were answered. Thanks for a great experience. The rates are very reasonable.
