Careful scammers: My family purchased dog food on 2/29. When no product was received as promised they requested a refund on 3/14 of the $856 they had charged them. On 3/21 they were told a refund was issued on 3/19 with a screen shot showing "proof" of the refund. It is now 4/8 and they’ve yet to receive a refund. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEERING CLEAR!
