Kristina is truly one of a kind. Her dedication and compassion are unmatched—she genuinely treats every dog as if they were her own. From the very beginning, she was incredibly understanding, patient, and kind, taking the time to really learn my dog and meet her where she was. Kristina goes above and beyond in every possible way. She doesn’t just “train” dogs—she supports them emotionally, advocates for them, and helps them build confidence in a way that feels safe and respectful. Any time I had concerns or questions, she was there with thoughtful guidance and encouragement, never judgment. It’s so clear how much she truly cares about the dogs and the people she works with. If you’re looking for a trainer who is compassionate, deeply knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to helping dog
We got a new pup just before Christmas and quickly realized she had all four paws on her internal panic button at all times. She was afraid of everyone and seemed to be living in a constant state of wanting to nope right out of every situation. We reached out to Kristina and right from the first class there was immeasurable progress. Kristina is awesome! She is calm, patient, and learns her clients (the canines and the people) so as to set everyone up for positively reinforced success. Roxy just recently graduated from the Stranger Danger program and I would recommend Kristina 1000 times over if your pup has fear issues.
My husband and I have had quite a bit of experience with dogs over the years but when the youngest and newest of our four dogs started to display some signs of aggression we got in touch with Kristina. Kristina responded to our initial inquiry right away and we set up an introductory call. From the beginning, I was impressed with how well she listened to our concerns. Kristina is a wealth of knowledge in terms of explaining why behaviors are happening and what the approach to correction might look like. We are 100% on board with the fear free mentality and felt that Kristina would be a wonderful fit for what we needed. Our sessions with Kristina took place in her facility, at our home, and also via zoom. There was great strategy and benefit to all of these sessions. Kristina offered so
Kristina has absolutely changed my dog’s life. He was anxious constantly, extremely reactive on his leash, and terrified of strangers. He had bad experiences with previous trainers that made him even more fearful. When we began the stranger danger program, I had high hopes, but Kristina absolutely surpassed anything I could have imagined. She listened to my concerns and never gave up hope on me or my dog when certain things weren’t working. She taught me how to read my dog’s body language, so I could support him more when he was becoming anxious. She worked with us on leash reactivity and having strangers inside our home. My dog no longer lives everyday full of anxiety. He is comfortable when strangers enter our house, and his leash reactivity has improved more than I ever thought was poss
Our rescue dog, Toby, came from a rough background and was very anxious around people. With Kristina’s guidance, Toby has become more confident and comfortable, and we’ve learned how to better respond to his needs. After trying a few different trainers and not seeing any results, we were honestly about to give up—until a friend recommended Kristina's Critters. We signed up for the Stranger Danger program, and it was a total game-changer. Kristina is amazing. She is committed to her clients, and it’s obvious how much she cares about the animals that she works with. She is patient, supportive, and super easy to work with. Toby has made real progress, and we’re so thankful we found her. If you’re looking for someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping animals, w
