Yep, another five-star review for pups unlimited. What a fantastic experience I had with this family-owned business. I had nothing but a hellish experience at Petco numerous times and they were claiming that I needed to bring my dog to the vet to have her groomed the last time I went there. When I tried to explain that I just let her winter coat get a little too long, they're response was that they could not see her even though I had an appointment a week ahead of time. I spoke to some friends and they recommended pups unlimited. The whole process was not only stress-free both for myself and for my dog but these people are pure professionals. I love the nail walk ins, it’s much easier with a senior dog to just run in when she’s having a good day rather than have to schedule an appointment. The ladies there are always very gentle with her fragile back and do a great job at getting her nails to a good length. Including what we call her “monster” nail that grows extra thick. Fantastic place. I only go here.

This place is AMAZING. We just moved here from New Hampshire and our vet is just too far to travel too now, we looked up this place and called and they said they take walk ins which is great. We went, so clean, the ladies there were SOO welcoming and nice, so smiley and our 2 dogs were done within 5 minutes for a nail trim. I will be coming back and I would recommend anyone to bring their doggies here.

I love Charlene and her family. They love the dogs and treat them so well. My baby girl always looks beautiful and comes home happy.
