We changed from the most expensive and least attentive vet office in town to the most affordable and best premium care our dog has ever received. The receptionist is super funny and helpful. Dr Novak is so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier to find La Zoetry Pet Clinic!

They have been caring for my kitty for weeks. He had advanced cancer and he needed to be put to sleep. They we very kind and caring. They let me take time to grieve and I got a clump of fur in a beautiful vile and a paw 🐾 print to remember him. Dr Novak and her staff are amazing! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much 💓!

We've been going to Dr. Novack and her staff for 10 years with our animals. They have always been accommodating, compassionate, and kind to us. Dr. Novack is great about recommending natural remedies whenever possible. Last year we had to say goodbye to one of our cats (Tikka, the dark one) and she was so wonderful with us. She spent extra time helping us understand the process and reassuring us about our decision. We now are fulltime RV nomads and still come back to Cheyenne in the summer to make sure we can take our animals to them for their annual checkups. If anything happens on the road, we ask the vet we see to coordinate care with Dr. Novack and her Team and they are very accommodating, as we always want her opinion before making medical decisions for our animals. Very trustworthy.
