I rescued a little kitty and she randomly got really sick on Christmas day. They were able to get me an emergency appointment the next day. They diagnosed her and got her the treatment she needed quickly! She wouldn't be around if it weren't for them ❤️ Thankyou!

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the front desk/pharmacy staff during my visit this morning. I came in to pick up an oral dewormer for my cats after a topical dewormer previously prescribed by the veterinarian did not work at all. My cats are still clearly suffering — they are bloated, uncomfortable, excessively hungry, and showing signs of distress, including inappropriate urination due to discomfort. These symptoms were already diagnosed by the veterinarian, including visible white specks in their stool. When I asked if a refund or discount was possible due to the first treatment being ineffective, I was met with a snippy and dismissive attitude. I can't thank Dr. Poggi enough for taking care of my baby Sadie the pug. She knew exactly what was wrong with her and was so caring to her. Sadie is a senior pug and we will be using Kona Vet from now on. The clerical team was efficient and professional. Thank you Kona Vet Team!!
