I thank God for guiding me and choosing this place for my cat Avil's treatment. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. They kept me informed about his progress morning, noon, and night, since he had to stay for two nights. I am so grateful for everything they did to help my cat recover from a bladder infection that had prevented him from urinating. God bless them all.

This was by far the worst and strangest emergency vet I've ever been to. The doctor is a blonde lady, and she's very weird and pushy, trying to guilt you into doing stuff right then when it's not a life-threatening emergency and you can't afford $700 to stitch a lip. You say you're going to take him to your vet in two days because your vet will work with you. She insisted it couldn't wait two days or until we found some where affordable it had to be "right now." She talked to me and my mother like we were complete idiots. Her first sentence was, "Does he take heartworm medicine? He needs some and a test for it." He had already been tested at his doctor and was fine. She told my mom he had dental disease when his vet said his teeth were great for his age (he's 10). She was rude when I asked

Honestly such a wonderful clinic. I brought my kitty here for the first time due to diarrhea and a respiratory infection. From registration, to the tech and to the vet, they were all so helpful and inviting and making sure my kitty was as comfortable as she can be. Bonus they gave her tube treats which she loved and distracted her from the shot they gave her and a haircut. For moms of fatty kitties that can’t reach their butts like mine, they do sanitary trims which can help your kitty stay clean. Moochie didn’t even realize they were shaving her bottom and all she cared about was eating as much of her treat as she could. From our phone conversation to the moment we left we felt seen, heard and understood. We had a very emotional situation and the entire staff treated us like family and it was our first time being there. I could not recommend this establishment enough! Thank you so much Knoxville Animal Clinic!

Excellent place to take your pet. We took in our young cat during their emergency hours at 9PM on a Sunday and the staff were very eager to help and attentive to the small details. They were able to quickly diagnose what her issues were and administer treatment, as well as explain what was going on in great detail. We were able to set up a 6 month payment plan for our bill using Care Credit, which the staff were very helpful with as well. After our visit, we were contacted to make sure our pet was doing well. We were told that we were free to call if we had any questions. We ended up needing to make a 2nd visit a day or two later, which also went very well. I would highly recommend this clinic! They genuinely care about the pets and owners who come through their doors.
