Knots & Naps, Really! Natural pet grooming & Cat boarding

I found Knots & Naps while looking for a groomer to assist with a flea bath for my cat. And the prices were very fair so I was very excited I found them. While my cat was much too nervous to have the full grooming appointment, she was so knowledgeable and helpful with what to do instead of a flea bath that day. Including referring me to great products that so far have been the only thing that worked getting rid of the fleas on my recently adopted cat. She was so kind and helpful when she truly did not need to be as my cat would not allow any work to be done on her she still provided me with so many great recommendations that truly seem to be making a difference in our flea situation. I am so grateful!!

I have brought my two long hair cats and one short hair cat as well as my long hair dog to LuAnn. She has done an amazing job with their fur. When I get them home they’re happy and relaxed. They look and smell good too. She really is the best in the area!

First time taking our 2 old English Bullies. LuAnn was great, she did a very detailed, thorough job with them. Washed, dried, nails and their ropes not only cleaned but dried well. With Bullies you have to be very careful to make sure they are washed and dried properly or problems start. When we got our boys home we went over them with a fine-tooth-comb, LuAnn didn't miss a thing, she did all she promised. My husband and I are quite pleased and will definitely be returning for her services. Thank You, LuAnn.

I've followed LuAnn. She is amazing with my high anxiety fur baby. He gets excited to see Miss LuAnn every time. We can't even say her name in the house without him getting excited. That right there shows just how much she cares!
