The girls at Kloud-9 are all great at what they do. Of course my favorite groomer there is Ally Hibben but I would recommend any of them. They are all animal lovers and love what they do. They give the best care and love to all their customers especially to the dogs they groom. You won't find more passionate people to care for and love on your animals as they do! ❤️

Mallory is AMAZING!!! She has been grooming my Bernedoodle since he was a puppy, and she is so good with him. He enjoys going to see her, which proves that she treats him with love while he’s there! Rocky can be a stinker, and she loves him regardless! She put him on a full groom and mini groom rotation every few weeks, and it works wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

I’m sure they’re all great but I can only speak for Ally. She’s great with my 3. I can schedule them all at once if I need to so that makes it very convenient. When I do not know what I want I can still expect them to come home well groomed and I love every cut. This makes my 3rd groomer and as long as she is around I do not plan on finding a fourth. Easy scheduling and great communication. I do miss the “spicy” report cards lol but seriously I highly recommend Ally and if not Ally I highly recommend the establishment itself. Very clean and friendly environment.

We go to Ally at Kloud-9 and we absolutely adore her!! Our dogs love her and we trust her with our fur babies. We have a 90lb golden doodle and a miniature dachshund and she does a wonderful job grooming both. She always give our doodle dude an awesome Mohawk. She also deals with our little weirdo dachshund, who has the worst anxiety, so well! We couldn’t recommend her enough!

I take my border collie/aussie mix to Ally and she does a great job! My girl has bad separation anxiety but never has an issue going to see Ally! I got an Aussie puppy and he now goes to see Ally too. They both always look and smell great every time I pick them up from seeing her! We love Ally and I recommend her to everybody. She is 20 or so minutes away from me but 100% worth the drive!
