Super dirty and smelled of urine. Dead water roaches on floor. Dog poop on floor. Clippers gave my dog a skin infection. Susan a groomer called my vets office and was trying to get information about my dog, and when she was unsuccessful she told Darla to F off. So inappropriate and unprofessional. Please save your dog or cat and dont use this filthy establishment.

This woman Jodi Lynn Hardgrove is a criminal who has robbed me for over $200, I prepaid $150 for grooming services (NEVER RECEIVED) plus $50 for a harness I never received. SHE was kicked out of the Bonzer St. Location and is now running this service out of her home, so I pre paid to help her out financially, because I had been a customer for over 2 years, and this is the thanks I received trying to be nice. RUN FROM THIS LADY, SHE IS A LOW LIFE THEIF....I have reported her to the police, BBB, and filed a complaint against this company to the mayor's office.Im pretty sure she is now operating without a business license. She will have a warrant for her arrest and will be facing a judge.

The only time this place will call your vet is to verify the shot records. Amy Drake was a customer that wanted a free groom who lied about her services she recieved.

Jody is great with our schnauzer she leaves her looking great and smelling so clean every time!! Highly recommend
