Banfield Pet Hospital

I have four dogs so you can imagine with how often we are at the vet, having a good Dr and staff is critical for our family. Please, if you are looking for a vet office, trust a stranger when I say that every single person in this Banfield is highly qualified, highly empathetic, and meticulous in the care of their patients and communication with their owners. I love this office. God help us if we ever move. Thank you for everything that you do, guys.

Great place to go. Just wish it wasn't a emergency. Misty was walking into walls and her eyes was closed. I made the earliest appointment possible to get her in. I was greeted by a very friendly girl with a pleasant "Hello, may I help you?" Being distracted because of my poor dog that appeared to be blind, she was very patient with trying to get Misty on the scale. We were taken promptly to a room for a tech to come in and figure out what's going on. Same thing happened a few years ago. Becky was gentle and was very supportive to misty and I. I left her there so the doctor could examine misty to figure out what was the problem. Shortly after getting back home I recieved a call. Went back to there and the Doctor (hard of hearing) told me what he thought. Misty and I went back home.

I picked this location because of the reviews. It's a stand alone Banfield location. I was highly impressed with the customer service, cleanliness, and care of my friends dog that I took there. She's in Iraq, and it's very important to her that her dogs have the best care. It was worth the drive and I would recommend them.

Declining care after years of loyalty We’ve been with Banfield for over 7 years, but this location has really gone downhill in the past few months. The vet didn’t know my dog’s history and even questioned why she was on a urinary diet, despite her records showing she needed it. They kept pushing food changes and couldn't explain how it would benefit her when she's clearly allergic to chicken and the food ingredients has chicken in it! We took her to another vet around the corner a week later and she was diagnosed with bladder inflammation and crystals! Every visit feels inconsistent with different staff and vets, and I no longer trust their care. Sadly, I’m still stuck paying for their wellness plan even though I won’t be bringing my dog back here. Doctors are great. Caring and compassionate, we had to put our dog down and the professionals here made the process the best that it could be. I decided to drive a little longer for my other dogs (their monthly checkup) because of the people here.
