They have been my vet and boarding facility for my girls for almost 6 years, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care. What means the most to me is the consistency—so much of the staff has remained the same over the years. Walking in always feels familiar and comforting, and my girls are recognized and genuinely loved. I have been coming here for years and the veterinarian Dr. Johnson is great, but I can no longer come here due to the unprofessional and rude office staff. To schedule an appointment over the phone, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. The middle age woman I spoke to was very abrupt, rude, and did not acknowledge the long hold I was placed on. When I arrived for my appointment, the young girl with the nose ring at the front desk would not look up and acknowledge me, so I had to wave at her and say “hello” to get her attention. After trying to check in for my scheduled appointment, she told me there was no appointment for me. Dr. Johnson, Kelley and staff are all Phenomenal. The Best Vet Clinic I’ve ever used. And I’m old enough and traveled a lot across the USA with our canines to have interacted with many vet clinics. Michael Young
