I explained exactly what services I wanted for my toy poodle for his upcoming photos. They did none of what I asked for, chopped all of his fur off it's winter she did not call she made a decision to chop his fur off saying that it was matted he was shampood and brushed out the day before. Never once did she call w her concern. She butchered his coat and his skin all over his body. Vet bill was expensive had to buy meds and a collar. Never again. The place smells horrible. My puppy is acting like he was mistreated for about 2 weeks. Had blood coming from his rear end???

This place is amazing. The first time I brought my dog in she was reluctant to enter so I had to reschedule. The attendant recommend we book a day were less dogs are in. I took her advise and brought her in the following week. With some coaching my dog entered the building and got her groomed. The staff is amazing and will continue to bring her in. Pictures to come! P.S They have adoptable dogs next door and take dentations.

Took all our pets here for years until they cut our dog's tail so badly it had to be amputated. Haven't been back in years and would never recommend going here to anyone
