We are so grateful to have found this vet. After having some disappointing and concerning experiences with other vets, we brought our 19 year old cat and 15 year old dog in to see Dr. Hillary. She was truly a breath of fresh air for us - offering not only informative and supportive technical help but also giving kindness and compassion towards our elderly pets. Even seeing how comfortable our dog and cat were with her made us know we have found our doctor. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly... this is truly a great establishment, and especially if you have geriatric animals, you can rest assured they're in good hands here.

To say the least it was a bad day today. The staff and Dr. Hillary were fantastic! First they gave me a last minute appointment for what I thought was going to be an orthopedic pain situation. Then within 10 minutes of scheduling, they called me back to say the Dr. thought I should come in sooner. They squeezed me in between appointments and took me as soon as I got there. After the exam the Dr. sent me to the ER for an ultra sound. She said to call with any questions I may have while I am there. Not only did she answer my questions immediately, she was sympathetic and gave me her personal opinion about the prognosis. Needless to say, I had to make the decision to euthanize my dog due to the medical issue that arose that day. After multiple calls to HVH, driving the staff crazy go

I LOVE THIS VET! Everyone is SO kind, it is extremely clean, and the doctors are phenomenal. We’ve been taking our dogs here almost a decade, but recently started rescuing stray cats. They have been PHENOMENAL to work with for all the shots and spaying/neutering. I highly recommend.

We brought in our 11 yr old cat for an issue and a slightly early check-up. She's extremely hard to handle as far as getting any vet care and the doctor and staff here did everything in their power to get her blood work done and checked over. They were very thorough and succeeded at getting everything done with patience and determination and without sedation when other vet offices wanted to have her sedated. Thank you Dr. Spencer and staff for you're patience.

The entire staff, from front desk to nurses and support staff to the doctors , everyone there is so kind. Extremely empathetic, willing to help, and very thorough with their care. They got my dog in for a laceration (even though they do appointment only) because I was so worried and they were eager to do what they could for my hurting dog. And if they weren’t able to see him on a whim they were happy and to refer me somewhere that would be able to at that time. They took such great care of him and they were so friendly and understanding. I highly recommend booking your appointments here for your pets. Everyone there put me at ease and I knew my pup was in great hands.
