Groom Huntley

I have A 16 year-old small dog and a six-year-old dog that is scared of everything. I brought both dogs here today after reading reviews that they are good with dogs with anxiety and senior dogs and it was an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.

They are wonderful with my senior pet. She is ornery & anxious which makes it difficult to do anything around her. I appreciate their patience with her. She always looks great.

I had been a customer since they opened. Previously gave 5 stars. But in 2025 they raised their prices 3x for the same exact cut on my Pomeranian. In July we were also overcharged for services we didn’t ask for or they didn’t do. It totalled $35. It took until November for that to get resolved because we were told only the manager could credit us and that she would call us back. She never did, apparently never got the memo. Not my issue. Strangely enough on our next visit we were magically charged an additional $20 fee for the same groom my Pomeranian had always received. So he cut went from $60 to $75 to $95. Sorry that’s insane. I now take to another Huntley groom and it’s crazy, they only charge $60. They have forever lost my business and my family members who also brought their 3 dogs

We took our (2) fur kids here only three visits. The 1st visit was great and we felt the cost was reasonable and our pups were happy and properly groomed. Upon 2nd visit, our pup who gets the haircut and bath, they forgot to use the medicated shampoo I provided them. They also were told to trim her shorter because of the snow. Upon 3rd visit, they misplaced her harness, the manager said I needed to send him a picture of it from Amazon and they would cover the cost to replace it. Also, I paid $200 for my one pup that only gets a bath, nails done and my other pup was barely touched and NOT properly groomed. She wasn’t trimmed short at all, and the groomers on this appointment were anxious to leave because we had a snow storm and they had cancellations. I went back to them and same manager wa

They were sooooo amazing!! One of the best groomers ever! My dog is anxious and freaks out when getting his nails clipped. They are so patient with him! It was a very encouraging experience!! I highly recommend 👌🏾
