Great doctors. Compassionate, knowledgeable and good listener. My Finnegan had a bad reaction and I called them when I arrived they were waiting for me outside and rush him in. Dr Shipley saved his life. Dr. Phillips treat Kiwi (bird). Dr. Sutter has also treated my fur babies. I can say in all honesty that the Doctors and the Staff are excellent. They get to know you and your pets.

This folks here are incredible and truly care about your critters! I have an issue in the past, and they were very quick and professional in resolving it, they have patience with one of my dogs that we muzzle for safety and allow her to have a break when she needs it. I never feel they are rushing me or my critters out of the office, and they answer questions without judgment… it’s so hard to find a place like this that I come up from Kentucky to continue care for my babies. The inside picture shows how comfortable the pups are in the vet office as well as outside on our walks! Love this staff!

My daughter called her vet because her cat showed symptoms of a possible UTI. Her vet did not seem to care and asked her to come in and wait until the doctor was available but they couldn't give her a time frame. I called my past vet who took care of my animals and immediately made an appointment. They were very caring and checked the animal over extensively.

I can’t thank HAC enough! All of the times that we have taken my cat to HAC they have been so kind, helpful, and caring. They are so great with cats and all of the employees are so kind. They were so patient with my cat, who tends to be a bit of a diva when she has to go to the vet lmao. She’s doing so much better since we took her in. Thanks again HAC, y’all are the best.

They are amazing from the moment you walk in to the end.We have gone there for 7 years.There new building is great! We had Dr Sutter she is the most caring loving doctor I have brought my dog to.She truly cares about the fur babies.
