I am very happy with all aspects of my dogs care. Dr. Pondish is great- I trust his opinion and I know he has Koda's best interest in mind. All of the vet techs and assistants are friendly, patient and reassuring. They follow up with answers to questions and give great advice too. Dr Havermann is fantastic and responsive. I know she cares for her patients. HVAH is filled with friendly , knowledgeable and caring staff.

Every visit that I have ever had to Hunt Valley has been met with incredibly friendly staff, from the phone call to schedule the appointment, the receptionist that checks us in, to the vet- that gets on the floor and loves on my Henry. That is what keeps us coming back. We travel from Delaware (3 hrs each way) to visit, usually for the most serious ailments or sometimes just for a second opinion. Henry has had knee surgery, allergy visits, and other crazy bulldog issues that have always been delicately and lovingly addressed. Hunt Valley Animal Hospital makes me feel like the staff there cares about Henry as much as I do, which is saying a lot. I usually arrive overwhelmed, anxious and frustrated that my fur baby is sick, but I always leave feeling reassured that they have given me a solut

I absolutely love the team at the Hunt Valley clinic. They are always super friendly and also very caring with the pets. My kitten recently had his neutering surgery, and on the third day, his recovery is going great, all thanks to their excellent work. ♡♡♡

This was my first time at Hunt Valley Animal Hospital. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. My cat is very anxious at the vet, but she did better than I expected. I also appreciated the ease of making an appointment, as a new patient .

My precious kitty has had a recent diagnosis with a devastating illness. We have interacted with much of the staff (veterinarians , techs and admin staff). I have nothing except good to say about every single one of these staff members. Everyone is caring and compassionate. I am not looking forward to what we are eventually going to have to face as a result of this diagnosis, but I am comforted by knowing that we have the right veterinarians to help guide us. Thank you all so very much and just keep doing what you are doing because you are the very best at it. The competency, care and compassion that each of your staff members offer each pet and pet owner as they walk through your doors is a great value to anyone who uses your services.
