HRS Flooring

It's a shame when you want to spend money but a supposed business doesn't want to take it! I contacted this company about having new flooring installed into my bath, I provided measurements, selected the flooring, gave my email and then never heard another thing from them. I wasted my time with the consultation because the business has never gone beyond this point, I guess that I should've believed that reviews as it's been silent after working out my request. I'm very disappointed and annoyed by this because the job needs to be done, shame on this so called family business.

Back in 2014, I had carpeting installed throughout my entire house that I had just purchased. (2300+sq. ft, not including the basement) This installation was filled with problems that are too many to list. The business manager at the time was rude, failed to rectify the problems, and blew me off. Even the salesman refused to respond to phone calls, text messages, etc. In the end, I was left with an incomplete job, missing carpet, and a $50 gift card for my troubles. Years later, the owner, Avi Gunzburg, finally learned of the horrible installation and customer service that I dealt with. He seemed very concerned about how my situation was handled and was not happy that his business's reputation was being tainted by (ex)employees that did not meet his standards of customer service. Run, don’t walk, away from this company and save yourself time, stress, and frustration. I received a free estimate with Mike Holston, for a laminate installation on the first floor of our townhome. He was nice and knowledgeable and offered a reasonable price for a one day job with a three man crew on approximately 600 square feet for living room and kitchen. We picked out the color and style, paid our deposit, and were excited to get this project out of the way. We scheduled the appointment for a Friday morning at 8:00am and no one showed up. It took several hours of calls to our salesman to finally learn that apparently “the material never made it on the truck” and they would need to reschedule. Great Experience with HRS flooring! Excellent customer service, quality work, and quality product. I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again.

Their guys came out a leveled a bad spot and replaced the tile flooring in our kitchen long after installation. Great service and excellent crew.
