Great facility, even better staff. Very clean, very detail oriented. Ensures your pets comfort & care is top priority. And the extra activities is the cherry on top as well as their bathing services! Highly recommend to anyone looking to board their dog in the future or even looking to get a nice groom!

My KGSD beretta, is my protection dog and I’d not good with dogs and people. She’s stated there 2 times so far and this was the first time she’s ever been boarded! They have taken really good care of her and are really friendly and welcoming, also helpful This will be her place I always her when I have to as much as I hate leaving her and she hates not being with me? I know she’s in good hands

I left my dog Maverick at the Hilltop Dog Hotel and was really happy with them. I hate leaving him but I felt comfortable with the staff and facility there. I like the pricing strategy they use, it's simple to understand unlike some other places. When I picked my dog up he seemed happy, clean, and well cared for. They seem to really care about your pet and do their best to make sure their needs are met and they are doing okay during their stay. I definitely feel comfortable enough to take him back next time we need to board him.

My little girl Lacey goes there at least once or twice a month they took very good care of her and a lot of love. It's so nice to know when they walk to your car to pick up your dog they know we're by her name. Your dog is safe with them

Our dogs came home with quite a flea infestation. I know that fleas happen but part of their contract says that if your dog has them they will be treated at your expense. They were obviously left with these fleas for at least a few days given the severity of the matter. We are still dealing with this almost two weeks after we picked our dogs up from their stay. I called the business the same day I picked them up and left a message regarding the issue. I never received a response. I emailed them a couple of days after that and again... No response.
