Heritage Animal Hospital

First of all, the staff was very pleasant, but the office manager is rude! Prior to this incident I called and asked if they take the SPCA vouchers, was told yes, I bought the vouchers, never told about an additional $60 per cat - we asked if there was any additional fee! Ok, ok, ok But the problem that makes this worse is that the office manager told me I was wrong, he told me that I received an emailed estimate LIES!!! I went home and checked my email, searched, and I also checked spam, NO emails EVER from them! NOT ONE, not even acknowledging the records I sent to them! And the young man who gave me my estimate when I dropped off the kitties - I assumed was just for add ons, because I asked about add ons, sweet as the young tech is he didn't mention I would be charged for an exam. Mind

These guys are amazing! I brought my dog in to get spayed and they walk me through every single detail that they were going to do. I totally recommend these guys for all your pets needs! The wound was also well treated, and this is the photo taken right after the surgery, Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Tran and Dr. Lafon are the only vets I will ever use. We are one of Dr. Tran’s first patients and she holds a special place in our hearts. I trust her implicitly. Always upfront. Always honest. Always kind. Same amazing vet from 25 years ago until now. Her tech Judy is the best as well. Trust your animals with Dr. Tran. No where else I’d take my pets.

From Diana and Maria at reception, to jess with grooming, this is a great animal hospital. Dr. Tran and staff go the extra mile to assure your pets(and you) are well taken care of.

We’ve been extremely impressed by the caring service at Heritage Animal Hospital for all the visits we needed for our new puppy. Both Dr Lafon and Dr Tran as well as all the vet techs, receptionists, and pharmacy have been caring, knowledgeable, and readily available to help our pup. They’re all very passionate about their work. Also, the hospital has nice touches like calling a few days after the appointments to check on how our pup did with the latest vax/meds.
