HELP Spay Neuter Clinic

I took my year-old little girl to be spayed. I picked her up and she was unable to move . 48 hours later she was still unable to move much less eat or go to the bathroom. I took her back in and they said that she was dying and couldn’t tell me why, but for one reason or another they were responsible for the death of my little girl. I’m still in pain. It will be hard for me to forgive this institution. Just be aware that if you bring your pet here, you may not get them back alive. 2/18 I’m still in great pain and grieve and cry every morning when I feed my other cat. I miss my alley so much. I can’t believe this happened and I want this institution to be shut down.

I was honestly skeptical of coming here due to recent reviews of pet death. I took in consideration anywhere you go this may happen with any type of procedure. I’m so glad we gave it a shot today. Shawn at check in was extremely friendly and helpful! He even came around as we were filling out paper work to help us get the best option for both our kittens. We already had a vaccine and microchip before coming here so he did some adjustment to the package deal they have!! Which he did NOT have to do for us but he was so kind to. They both are adjusting well. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

They killed my service cat! Do not recommend this place at all. Took my 9 month green eyed baby for what was suppose to be a normal procedure! Got the call around 12 that they might have overdosed my cat! Took them 15 mins to resuscitate her after they realized her tongue was turning blue! And all I get was I’m deeply sorry!

This place is absolutely terrible and needs to be closed down. I wish I read the reviews before taking our chihuahua here. She was spayed Thursday and has been having a terrible reaction since, the medication she was given made it worse. This place is unprofessional and has no idea what they are doing. It is Sunday and my pet is still experiencing issues. Do not take your pet to these careless people, the fact they are still open is absolutely disgusting. Good luck calling their phone too, they know what they did and do not want to answer.

Absolutely amazing caring staff and extremely well priced. They did a great job with my dog, Dolly. Will donate to their cause in the future.
