Heartland Animal Hospital

Yesterday, around 4:00 p.m. I was desperately calling the local veterinary clinics around Lake Placid trying to get them to see my new little 12 week old 2 pound Tiny Yorkie. She was in a desperate fight for her life! I had purchased her the day before in Pembroke Pines from a local, reputable breeder there. All the other Clinics pointed out that it was close to 5:00 closing time, and also that they had no openings available for her until the following week! I desperately plead for them to see her, pointing out that she would not make it through the night must less the next week! She could not even hold up her head! No One would see her, but finally Heartland Animal Hospital told me to bring her on in! They came out to my car and tested her for Parvo, and thank God she didn’t have that! S

The staff were great at making sure our puppy felt cared for. They handled him gently and showed him reasonable care. They answered all my questions in advance and made sure there were no surprises. All services were done within the schedule they provided. Costs were really good compared to some others around.

These ladies are the best. Transparent and kind regarding our pets care and cost. We also use their boarding facilities which is very reasonable! Thank you Heartland Animal Hospital!

Heartland Animal Hospital, Dr A and Dr Reddick saved our dog. Both front legs were broken, 1 amputated. We just got his cast off and he’s as good as a 3 legged dog can be. Highly recommended all the way around!

Dr. Reddick and the entire staff are an amazing team. They always took good care of my boy all the way up to the very end. Thanks again for everything y'all did for Porkchop.
