She did an absolutely stellar job with my dog Rocky. Rocky is very sweet, but he has a lot of trauma when it comes to grooming, so he can get pretty matted in between shaves because we usually have to sedate him. However, he loved her! She communicated throughout the entire process through text and with photos, including asking me about an additional charge about a medicated bath that she thought was in his best interest. She also communicated about future visits, and what she thought was a good time frame to build a relationship with him. She charged around 67 dollars for the whole service, and that includes 20 dollars for the medicated bath, so amazing prices. Rocky came back home feeling and looking great and I am very thankful for this business. I will absolutely be a recurring custome
Highly recommend Kelly for your dog grooming needs. I took rocko for his grooming and will definitely be continuing to use her going forward
My fur babies really enjoy going to Head to tail. They have a double coat and she does a great job making them look not shabby anymore. Not to mention she does not use dog crates to keep the dogs in. It is only the appt dog at a time which I love!! I hate to have them put in a cage and my boys very much dislike it as well!! Reasonably priced too!! I highly recommend Head to tails pet grooming!!
My Boys were groomed here today and I couldn’t be more pleased. To me the most important part of a groomers job is to be sure they are not stressed by the process. Their grooms were great and both Boys were totally stress free. Farley has a leg injury and I was concerned about visiting a groomer new to us. No worry was necessary. Thank you Kelly for the wonderful treatment they received. I am excited about a long and lasting relationship for you and my boys.
If I could give her 10 stars I would!! She and her staff are amazing and have done excellent with all of my animals. I am thankful that I found Kelly. If you’re looking for a groomer please give her a call. 🥰
