Although everyone was VERY KIND and HELPFUL. Penny pinchers!!! I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back, for I probably will if I HAVE to for I’m new to the area. But expect EMERGENCY pricing. I spent more here than at an after hours visit at an emergency vet and I went in with my cat being very healthy, playful, just had an infected eye. Details: Went in for an eye exam, she insisted that since it was my first time there she should do a wellness exam. After wards I was charged for an eye exam and wellness exam which I don’t know why there has to be two separate charges for that? A wellness exam should include the eye? But wasn’t told til after. Mentioned my cats needed a nail trim which most vets do it complimentary, was trying to charge me $30 for a nail trim. At the end I didn’t really feel I

My review will stick out like a sore thumb since so many locals have never had to deal with any “rare” conditions with their pet so I’m sure they believe the veterinarian at this place is more than wonderful. However, my cat ran into some skin issues and has been recurring over the past two years and all this vet did was run test after test with no conclusive diagnosis whereas I began to realize that my cat might be suffering from some sort of psychogenic skin condition via anxiety, and the trips back n forth were visibly making her anxiety worse. Eventually I explained this to the vet and inquired about a consultation via phone/web just so I could make an informed decision before risking more money, time, and my cats sanity. I took in 4 cats that were strays, one cat has had asthma since she was a baby with severe emergency needs that has sent me into this vet now 3 times. I’ve spent over 1500 dollars in the past two years at this vet for my cat and she needs emergency medicine to keep her alive. I ordered mine this month and it was denied saying my cat needs an appointment. She’s never needed an appointment before that’s right because it was an emergency. So now, I wait until I see you all again. Since you want me to spend more money that I won’t be spending. Thank you for killing my cat!

The staff is nice and treat the animals well. They don't keep you waiting long, and make it easy to move around with the animals. They do not charge more than they need to, and always quoted services to me for my animals before doing anything.
