Love this little shop. My daughter absolutely loves going here. She got a hamster from there back in November.

If i could give this place zeros stars i would. Management is disrespectful and talked behind me and my wives back for asking a simple question just to hold there snakes. We went to go see the puppies and they leave these dogs in there own filth. Every dog was covered in urine and poop with no food and no water. They dont give any animals attention. Not to mention the birds that are kept in fish tanks and they are screaming the whole time. I wouldnt want to be stuck in a fish tank if i was a bird regardless of being a “baby” please report this pet shop. Management is disrespectful and the dogs are begging to be set free. WHATS EVEN WORSE IS IF YOU READ THE COMMENTS THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER EIGHT YEARS NOW!!! No animal deserves this and under NC laws on animals it is illegal and this

I’ve always liked stopping by Bill’s Pet Shop to see the animals, but I’m really disappointed with their gift card system. We lost a $150 gift card from Christmas and found out it can’t be tracked, voided, or replaced in any way. That’s a lot of money to be gone with no options. I’d strongly recommend they switch to a trackable gift card system, and I’d caution customers to treat gift cards like cash.

This place is neat and they carry several different types of animals and products. I got my car from here and she lived 17 years. Her son lived almost 19 years.

Disgusting and inhumane place for animals. Puppies in cages soaked in urine. Clearly unbathed for weeks. Cockatiels that should be in full cages, are in small little glass enclosures even though there are extra full size cages on the wall. Rude workers, disregarding questions and just being unhelpful. These animals deserve better.
