I could not have asked for better care for my sweet dog Peeka! Every member of your team from check-in to discharge after 2 nights was amazing. Her illness came on suddenly and I believe she may not have recovered without the quick diagnosis and treatment she received. They answered my phone calls and provided me thorough updates without making me feel like it was a bother even though they were busy. Tonight they called to check on Peeka which really made my night! Thank you for caring about your patient (and her worried Mom)!

I called, panicked, because my dog had a stick lodged in his mouth somewhere and was shaking, drooling, crying and in so much pain. The receptionists made me feel so much better with how calm and compassionate they were just over the phone. I explained to them how reactive my dog is when it comes to the vet. They allowed him to wait in the car until they were ready for him and when we came in side, they praised him just for walking in the door and getting on the scale. They spoke so gently to him. The nurse was amazing and when the doctor came in, she ignored him and allowed him to stay calm and sniff her when other vets have shown fear and tension towards him. Great staff! They were busy when we came in so there was a bit of an anxious wait. More than worth it! They were fantastic and took excellent care of our dog. She was perfect after and didn’t need any follow up visits.

Bringing a pet to an emergency vet is never a fun experience, but the team here made it as smooth and comforting as possible. I had to bring my dog in late last night after he ate something he shouldn’t have, and from start to finish, we were taken care of with genuine kindness and professionalism. Merandy at the front desk got us checked in quickly, and her calm, friendly attitude really helped both me and my dog feel more at ease. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained a treatment plan that made sense and felt right for us. I also really appreciated that they provided a clear estimate before starting any treatment—no surprises when it came time to check out. I have not been able to write a review for a few weeks, as it was not the outcome we had hoped for. But I want this review to reflect the outstanding care they gave my Dude kitty and his humans. He had two nights of overnight emergency care and ultimately a peaceful passing. They gave him their full attention and care. If he could have been saved they would have, and they peacefully helped my Dude pass when it was time. 🌈The paw print, the card, I will forever be grateful. These are good humans. The best. They care. They give their best to the pet and to the people. 💜 10/10 recommend.
