Harbor View Veterinary Hospital

My previous veterinary clinic closed . I was looking for a clinic that had the right energy. I appreciate the clarity and transparency regarding pricing and services. My furr son (dog)can be somewhat nervous the staff and Dr.Snow were amazing. He was receptive to all of them and the atmosphere. My furr daughter(cat) was zesty but they handled her with care and understanding. I absolutely would recommend Harborview to any pet parent who values transparency, positive, calming, patient energy when treating furry family members.

While I no longer live in Baltimore, Harbor View Vet was excellent! Everyone on the team, from Dr. Snow to the front desk staff, was kind, caring, and responsive. We had a lengthy ordeal with ringworm, but they always took the time to answer any questions about my cats' care, and offered complete transparency with pricing options. I especially appreciated how easy it was to reach them over text and phone. Dr. Snow had a way with the cats and they instantly loved her! Prices were reasonable for the quality of care and lower than another highly rated vet in the city. If I ever lived in the area again, I would not hesitate to use this vet again.

My friend referred me to this veterinary hospital and I have to say I loved my very first experience. The staff was clear, communicated effectively, heard my concerns with my dog, Teddy. I loved the fact that they had online booking and the receptionist, though I did not get her name, she called, confirmed and was upfront with the pricing so there was no blindsiding. They also got Teddy's previous medical history before my appointment and I really appreciated that. They treated Teddy and I with the utmost respect and care, so YES I will becoming back! Thank you!

My puppy was having some skin issues and I had already taken her to another vet to be treated and for whatever reason the issue never resolved. I found Harborview online and decided to try them and I am so thankful I did ! My puppy’s skin issue is noticeable better and she’s back to her normal rambunctious self. I LOVE this place !! They are so caring and attentive ! Dr. Snow is amazing ! I can’t see me taking my dogs anywhere else !!

Pros: Friendly staff, Fast service, Knowledgeable, Gift for the puppy, Coveinant appointment time Cons: As a new pet owner, it would have been nice if they informed me of the cost or even an estimate cost of the vaccines going into the appointment. The treats for the puppy were a nice touch, but I think its nice to ask the owner first if it is ok to give it to the puppy. The cheeze wiz treat was put directly on the floor for the puppy to lick up. Did not seem sanitary.
