My dogs muffin and Meme love her she clips their nails, and it’s quick and easy… I would struggle, and there would be blood everywhere if I had to do it myself. We need to be grateful for those who know their stuff! She takes walk-ins… And she is always very busy … Because she does a great job.

I will not take my dog back there. When I picked her up, she acted scared. She has razor burns on her stomach and her private area. She keeps stopping while she's walking because her bottom is hurting. I feel so sorry for her and hate that I took her there. She never did this before. Not a friendly person grooming her either. Very rude. Noted from my husband.

I did a walk in to get my two small dogs nails clipped. The women never once showed any emotion just very stern...she clipped them really fast and then charged me $40! Really?????..... No customer service whatsoever! ....also they were done right in front of the window and I saw how she handled my Chihuahua..not with kindness or compassion....yes I said something....Nope ....do not recommend!

Walked in to get a feel of place and meet before making appt. The groomers mom at desk looked at me , like "what the hell u want?" No smile, glad to have you and your pet just pointed to prices, so robotic and scruff, wouldn't take my dog there even if it was free, very creepy feel and atmospere.

She doesn't wash the dogs. I have taken 2 of my neighbors to get their dogs groomed its like she takes your money cuts the dogs hair but doesn't wash them or cut their nails or Dremel them very rude lady.im glad I dont take my dog there.
