JOLO's Pet Grooming and Miniature Schnauzers

We recently moved to the area to build our home. Our oldest cat Buddy was used to getting haircuts ever 6 months or so in Ohio. I was thrilled by the awesome job Becky did to cut his hair short and give him a great lion's cut! From what I was told, he was a good boy, too,while getting trimmed, which I was happy to hear. The staff here at JOLO's are all very nice!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience here for both me and our Buddy boy!! We will be back!!

Such a wonderful group of people! They really do care about your fur-baby! I have gone to multiple groomers in Jasper. This is by far my favorite. They ask questions and give great expert advice about grooming at drop off. They are timely about getting the job done. I receive a text when they are around fifteen minutes to completion. I was about six weeks since the last groom and they actually reached out to me to see if I would like to set my appointment. I realize they are a business but how many businesses do you work with that actually make follow up calls. I am thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

I've been bringing my Goldendoodle to Melissa at Jolos for a couple of years now, and they have consistently done an amazing job every single time. The care, attention to detail, and genuine love they show for the dogs is unmatched. Most recently, they gave my 3-month-old Goldendoodle her very first groom, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They were so gentle and patient with her, making sure it was a positive and stress-free experience. She looked absolutely adorable and came home happy! It's such a relief knowing my dogs are in such capable and kind hands. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their grooming. Highly recommend!

We love Jolos!!! They are always so friendly and take such good care of our fur baby. One of my favorite things is the communication via text! It makes scheduling an appointment while working so easy.

Just wanted to put this out there with the hopes that no one else has to experience what we did yesterday….make sure that when you take your fur babies to be groomed that you feel 100% comfortable with not only the business, but the groomer. Sorry for the long post, but there is no quick way to tell this story. We dropped Chewy off to be groomed at Jolo’s and ended the day with him at the vet being sedated. His appointment was at 10am and they called at 2:30 to let us know that he was ready to be picked up, but that they had cut his ear with clippers. They said that it was bleeding and they had bandaged it. It was their suggestion that we take him to the vet out of precaution and they would cover the expense. His ear was bleeding so bad when they removed the bandage, it was hard to tel
