I emailed this vet clinic along with Sunrise and Sharp Mtn for pricing for services I needed for Bella the boxer about a month ago. I also inquired about any type of feral cat "spay/neuter" program they might have to help get wild cats fixed. I find the feral cats and will trap them for surgery. Sunrise and Sharp Mtn replied to the my email regarding pricing. As of this posting PAR has never replied to the email. Only you can decide if this clinic's customer service is up to your standards.

I took my cat in because he had been consistently losing weight. I told them that I had a suspicion that he was suffering from kidney disease, diabetes, or cancer. All they did was open his mouth and tell me that it was Stomatitis and that he needed all of his teeth removed. I went ahead and scheduled him for the full mouth extraction for January 29th even though they couldn't even quote me the price. I just wanted my 8 year old cat healthy again. On the day of the surgery, they told me he would be ready for pickup around 1 pm after dropping him off as soon as they opened. I didn't hear from them so I called at 2pm and they said they hadn't done the surgery yet. I finally get a call at 4:30 saying that he was ready for pickup. My daughter took her dog here for major allergies. The price was soooo much better than the last vet she went to. Caring people. Quick service. Will definitely be a regular here.

This highly recommended Vet hospital took care of my little dog while I’m visiting from another state. I wish I could take them home with me. If you love your pet and want them to have the BEST care, this is where you belong. The kind receptionist/med tech is extremely knowledgeable about symptoms and has vets in her family. Her cheerful and helpful son is studying veterinarian radiology while he works here. My dog panted (discomfort) all night. I called in the morning. They were booked but worked me in around lunch. Wonderful Dr Tyler did not rush me. He thoroughly explored her onset of symptoms. They X-rayed and discovered her heart is enlarged. He explained she was not in any danger of heart failure but needs to lose weight. He felt her discomfort was probably caused by the dog

If I call you all and make an appointment the euthanize my dog cuz he's in pain and y'all tell me that it's a bad idea to put him down because he's hyper he's always been like that but he kills my neighbor cats and my cats and is very aggressive towards my other dog. Like it's my choice to do that if I know my dog like you think just cause it takes a toll on you well think how I feel when I see a dead cat in his mouth gets aggressive with my other dog it's my choice to do as I please what best for my pet, fyi the front person at the desk is rude
