Our Chance loves it here, Helena is very caring and compassionate. I would not take Chance anywhere else. Pictures daily and he loves walking and running with the other dogs. Very clean and lots of land for walking and running. I do not worry when we leave because we know 100% he is in great hands. The Shaw's

We were looking for a way to help our active boy get his energy out during the day. We loved the updates and he came home exhausted. We will definitely continue using them for doggy daycare and will be boarding him overnight next week in-between care while we are out of town. We were nervous to leave him somewhere because of his separation anxiety but he did wonderful! We definitely recommend this place!!!

Helen is amazing! My dog zues was so happy there. She does keep in contact with you and addresses all concerns. She's fast to respond. Kennels are kept cleaned and warmed during winter! I recommend her 100 percent she has a great location and lives on property!

LOVE this place! My dog loves it too. I have had her boarded here twice and she's been so well taken care of both times. I have gotten my dog boarded at another location and she always comes home stressed and panting but not when she stays at Hanover Hill. They also send daily updates on how she's doing with a cute picture. And when I pick her up they let me know how she did. My dog clearly loves the owner that takes care of the dogs and she comes home happy and relaxed.

Helen was great with our German Shepherd. We received daily updates with a picture. She worked with her daily to help with socializing. Helen went over and beyond. It was clear how happy our dog loved this place and Helen. We will be using this place again.
