Pet Bowl

I recently moved back to Delaware in September of 2025 and I am the proud Mom of a Welsh Corgie ! I started shopping here and have been in a multitude of times and I can say that I have yet to have a bad interaction or experience. Staff is friendly, helpful and answers all my questions. I also self groom and I have a bad back and the grooming/bathing room is a life saver for me. I dont usually do reviews but I must say this place is wonderful and the staff is great ! Being in a small town can make or break a business you are doing great in my experience and opinion and I just wanted to thank you ! Over 20 years in retail and management so I dont give out my opinions often ...but thats how good my experience has been in this store ! Keep up the good work team !

Absolutely love this pet store! Staff go above and beyond. I have a semi crazy chocolate lab and they make me feel so welcome and calm when bringing her in! Will chose this pet store over any others every time!!

This is one of best pet store in Delaware Ohio. The employees here are so helpful and friendly. I get the best quality pet foods every time and everything I need here. My 3 Cats are so happy and healthy. Thank you Pet Bowl for everything. You guys are awesome!!!!! 😻😍❤

Always Free Extras! The people are awesome & make you really want to support local. If they don't have it, they will order it for you which is so nice. But it's the full size, high quality **free** extras that I get almost every single time I buy dog food that is the real treat.

Here's a story. Our cat has a food absorption problems and is older so concern with phosphorous levels. We went to the Pet Bowl for help. Rae helped me check many bags of food. We selected the one that seemed best to balance her needs, and I left very satisfied. Two hours later she called me; she had done some research and recommended a slightly different food. I went back, exchanged one bag for the other. Her knowledge, and care, were extraordinary. Thanks, Rae, for your help!
