Delaware Northwest Veterinary Clinic

We are new to the area and now have a new member of the family. Everyone from Northwest Vet Clinic was amazing, from booking the appointment to check out, it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind. Dr. Joey is fantastic! Miss Evangeline was very happy with her new care team as well. It was low stress for her and everyone was so sweet. They have early morning appointments that fit my schedule so that is another bonus. I am so glad we have found wonderful people to help us with our smallest family member. We have found our forever vet.

I have been going to this Veterinary office for a little over a year. I chose it because of the close proximity to my home, but I’m also so grateful for the service that I’ve gotten so far. I adopted a young dog with high anxiety, and they have done so well with him. Just this morning, I was there and even though he was a little feisty and nervous , all of the staff we encountered were trying to befriend him. Luckily, all of our services have only been routine so far, but I’m confident for the future care.

My dog and I adore Dr Renner! I followed her to this practice and I’ve never had anything other than great experiences with any of the other staff as well. The care we get is worth a short drive. My dog is a nervous guy with new people and the vet, I do lots of work with him of course but the staff and Dr Renner’s approach is so great here - I’m delighted he is increasingly comfortable visiting the vet here. While vet care and costs are generally expensive and I haven’t shopped around recently at all, I get thorough quality care here and I don’t feel it’s overpriced at all and I’m never pushed to pay for things there I can get at a better price elsewhere. I can't say enough positive things about this clinic. I used to live in Delaware where they're located but moved to Zanesville a few years back and still bring my dog here for care. My pup damaged both her rear acl's and they helped perform the surgeries and took the best care of my dog during both. They're kind, knowledgeable and truly care about your pets well being. Highly recommend!

I've had such a positive experience here with everyone whether it's a routine checkup or something difficult like passing of our dog the true care and compassion is so appreciated and helpful. Thanks to everyone working there.
