The entire staff is very caring and professional. They are always there for me when we need them. Sally is in good hands with them and that makes me very happy and grateful.

Took my cat in an emergency. Dr. Howe and everyone there did everything possible to save my big cat but when there was just nothing else to do were so great with us. Especially my husband who was going through alot that day. Now we have a new cat. Not a replacement but a new cat. They have gone above board in caring for her. Nothing but good to say for these people.

We’ve been taking our Great Dane to Dr. Burns for over 8 years and are treated like family each and every time we visit. She and her staff are knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Our Athena is a large breed and has some situational anxiety, but Dr. Burns and her staff are very patient with her.

We take our 2 dogs and cat there and have been very pleased with their services. Our 13 year old cat was gone for 2 months and showed back up with liver issues almost dead. After a weekend at the animal hospital downtown, the Halls Animal Clinic took care of our sweet cat for a week and pulled him through. We are very grateful to them.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff was very kind and friendly to us during a difficult day when our cat needed to be euthanized. They treated her with the same compassion that I would have, and were equally compassionate with her very stressed out parents during a very tough day. The doctor explained a lot of complicated information in a way that empowered us to make a very difficult decision. We lost our Honeybun, but this clinic operates with kindness and love of animals first. I will definitely be taking my pets here in the future. Big thanks to all the staff... you all have really tough jobs, but you really are doing something special for people and pets and probably don't get recognition for it.
