Hair of the Dog

Ashley Lerma has groomed my small poodle mix, Rooster, since we adopted him almost 2 years ago. I have full confidence in her abilities, and he's always comfortable and happy with her. I highly recommend Ashley for professional grooming services —especially if you have a poodle or doodle!

Someone in my neighborhood facebook group recommended Hair of the Dog when I posted a question about finding a small groomer. I recently adopted a dog (Lily) who has had a rough life until her foster took her in early this year. We don't know if she's ever been formally groomed. She's very fearful and doesn't have typical dog behaviors. Lily is a small Great Pyranees, but still has lots of fluff! I felt like a nervous new mom when dropping her off, and Gretchen was so sweet with her. Lily did great, and Gretchen did a fantastic job. We are so happy we found you!

Ashley has groomed my pack for 4 years. I have all XL dogs with long hair & she has been so good with them! They look & smell fabulous after a groom. Have not had any issues at all. Highly recommend her & all of the staff at Hair of the Dog!

Our dog Tilly has been going to Ashely for about a year now and she is so wonderful with her! Tilly is very anxious about getting groomed but Ashley does a great job keeping her comfortable and calm. We would definitely recommend Ashely for grooming services!

Jessica Hankins at Hair of the Dog Groomer does the absolute best job. Not only does she do fantastic cuts on our Min Poodle, but she is so kind hearted and caring. No worries when leaving your pet with her. Highly recommend!!!
