He took the time to explain the benefits of different features and provided samples so I could be confident in the color choice. He also completed measurements quickly and gave me multiple estimates, which I really appreciated. Once we made our purchase, installation was scheduled quickly. The installers were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. Our stairs were particularly tricky to wrap, and they turned out absolutely stunning. My experience with carpets plus was amazing. Terry our salesman actually came to my house to help me get the right flooring. He is so knowledgeable and kind. Jason the installer did a fantastic job. The quality of his work really shows. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the flooring, installation, and the customer service . My new floors are beautiful! I wish I could leave a 10 star review. I can not say enough about how well I was treated. From start to finish I had my floors complete with in 3 weeks!
