Grooming by Lacy

We used Lacy as a groomer for our cat. Xena was in dire need of being de-matted and cut down due to her long hair. She was referred to us by one of our friends who enjoyed taking her cat over there to be groomed. It's just so happened when we tried to find a groomer in the area, she was the only one close and willing to groom a cat. She scheduled us without a problem, and on grooming day, she met us outside of her house with a smile and reviewed everything we had told her regarding the cat. She kept contact with us throughout the morning regarding the progress and when we could pick her up so I could coordinate a pickup time. The final result was awesome, Xena feels much better and smells much better! We will continue to use Lacy in the future!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. When I got my dog home, I discovered a noticeable cut in his sanitary area—an extremely sensitive spot. This injury was not mentioned to me at pickup, which is something any responsible groomer should immediately disclose. When I reached out, Lacy explained it likely happened during shaving because the skin is thin. While accidents can happen, failing to inform the owner is unacceptable. My dog was clearly hurt, and the explanation combined with only offering a $5 discount on the next groom feels dismissive of the situation and the level of care I expect. Lacy is AMAZING!! I have 2 dogs and she does a fantastic job with both of them and she has such great service!! I love taking my dogs to her!! And she’s got reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend her to everyone I know!!

Lacy does a really great job. I took our 2, 1 year old Corgis in and she did a full groom on them. They have never felt so soft and she was able to get all of their winter under coat out! These pups aren’t the first pet we have brought to Lacy and I’m glad I took them back!
