Kona had a great first experience here with the Bath and Brush service! They included trimming her hind legs for no additional cost, which I truly appreciated. They also sent videos of her getting bathed and afterwards, which was awesome to see. Really liked the no cages approach as all dogs were calm and able to walk around. I also got the extra deshedding shampoo, and so worth it. Can’t even pull hair off of her easily like before her bath. Will definitely come back here!

I was a little nervous about taking my dog to a new groomer, but this grooming salon exceeded all my expectations. Scheduling was super easy—everything was handled quickly over text. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. My dog can get anxious during grooming, but they made her feel so comfortable. She always comes out looking fantastic and smelling amazing. I truly have nothing but great things to say!

I took my 3 month old maltipoo puppy here for her first grooming and I’ll definitely be bringing her back. I received picture and video updates throughout her visit. When I picked her up, she was calm and happy. She smelled amazing and looked adorable with Christmas bows attached to her ears.

We recently switched from PetSmart to Groomasters for our boy to have a better experience. He would always runaway scared when we would go to PetSmart and he never looked his best coming out. Today we brought him to see Ricky, he got the full grooming package, and he treated Cloud with patience and he came out looking better than he ever has! And he didn't want to leave lol. They sent pictures and videos throughout his visit to reassure us he was doing fine. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Groomasters!

I took my Pomeranian to Groomaater’s spa and oh my gosh… he came out looking like the fluffiest little teddy bear ever! 🐶💖 Normally, he gets super anxious at groomers, but Ricky and Natalie completely spoiled him—massages, cuddles, the works! The spa is spotless, organized, and just radiates good vibes. I highly recommend them—your pet will be in expert hands and come out looking absolutely amazing.
