Groom Haven

I adopted Juliette last year in May from BARCS, she was part of a HUGE Puppy Mill investigation and was seized during that raid.. After seeing this on the news and then pictures of the 83 dogs that were confiscated in the house raid, I decided to contact a family member who's part of the BARCS ORGANIZATION and find out how I go about adopting one of these poor dogs. I was told the conditions that she lived in, and just knowing that she never played outside was hardly ever fed, her bones were sticking out terribly, and was underweight terribly. Knowing that they were kept in totes with the lids on them.. they never taken outside to use towere potty , but they were made to go anywhere mostly on themselves , ungroomed and matted with her own feces .I thought about it , and then i receiv

I adopted Boots from BARCS. He is awesome! He has some challenges - overweight with dry skin. While he has let me as well as his foster mom wipe him down, he needed more help with grooming. Rhonda instilled a lot of confidence in him. When he came home, he actually groomed himself and he walked up the stairs for the first time. Whatever gentle movements she did with him for the bath reminded him of how he can move and he is a new cat. He also is not smelly any more due to needing assistance. Rhonda also talked me through rescheduling because he was afraid the week before. The bath got Boots clean and refreshed him too! Sundays for cats is awesome at Groom Haven!

Rhonda did a great job with my senior toy poodle who is not a fan of baths or grooming! She was attentive to my notes about my dog and the grooming was efficient and my dog looks and smells great again! Thanks Rhonda & the staff at Groom Haven!

Rhonda is amazing! She reserves one day a week for cat grooming which is extremely helpful for my skittish cat. She takes her time and does a fantastic job. I feel like she genuinely cares about my cat :)

Rhonda did a great job with my girl, Desi. She got a bath, nail trim, and sanitary hair trim - came back smelling great too! The bandana was a cute touch too.
