Glenwood Grooming

Anne did an awesome job! She seemed thoughtful and caring and listened to all my concerns. My Border Terrier is always nervous going to the groomers but this time it seemed a lot better because there weren't other dogs barking. His grooming looked great the her shop is neat and clean. Would highly recommend Glenwood Grooming.

I cannot recommend Glenwood Grooming enough. I was so excited to hear that they had opened because there are so few quality groomers in the area. Anne was professional and welcoming, the shop was clean and comfortable and both exuded a love for animals in all interactions. My dog did not want to leave when I came to pick her up!! And her coat has never looked better! It's clear that this is a place that operates from the joy that comes from being with dogs and the excellent groom was just the icing on the cake. We will be back.

Glenwood Grooming usually does a great job. However, my recent experiences of getting my dog groomed were terrible. When dropping off my dog last Sat, I wrote down: "closed to shaved with head and tail left longer". When I picked him up, the hair was really long. They admitted that they used the wrong blade. I returned on Tues to fix. Now the entire body was shaved. The staff (an Asian American Pacific Islander lady) said that I didn't specify those details; however, I did! Rather than trying to fix the problem or just acknowledge my disappointment, she argued with me. I left utterly disappointed.

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviews. We had gotten Anne's name through our Vet. We have seen Anne twice this far and we couldn't be happier with how she groomed our golden doodle. She asks and listens to what you want, as well as the love of dogs shows through every time we talk. If you need a dog groomer I highly recommend this place.

Great job with our standard poodle. She was so patient and very informative with managing his coat going forward.
