We've been coming to Dr. Hileman for over 25 years for the most caring and knowledgable help for our dogs. Her staff is always responsive to our needs. We recommend them most highly for the excellent treatment we have always received!

This clinic is exceptional for their service, care, and expertise. I have brought my cat at this facility for about 5 years and I have always been very impressed with their care and expertise about the matters of my cat(s). When one of my cats passed they personally wrote me a letter saying their condolences with hand written signatures. They are reliable and professional. The veterinarian is very informative and comes from personal experience when she provides me with guidance on matters concerning my cat. I have no complaints! I was here recently with my dog. And I would never come back here ever. Do not take your animals here. The Dr cares about animals yes. BUT the Dr is EXTREMELY RUDE. I came in last week for an appointment and first she is understaffed and treats her one and ONLY Technician with utmost disrespect. I have been coming here for a really long time and have seen multiple techs come and go. The reason I am writing this review, is because the Doctor berated the Technician after I had asked the tech to figure somethings out and ask the Dr. She was so happy to help. I was in the room when I heard the Dr yell at her Technician , "to not think for herself or think outloud!" After the tech was asking for help! What kind of management is this!? If you’re looking for a vet who will treat your pet like royalty (even when said royalty is a 17-year-old cat with murder in her eyes), this is the place. Dr. Bonnie Hileman is absolutely AMAZING! She treats my cat Mattie like she’s her own—gentle, patient, and somehow completely unfazed by the growls, side-eyes, and towel-wrapped drama. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and always makes me feel informed and reassured, even when Mattie is planning her next escape. The front office staff is just as great—friendly, helpful, and never once made me feel rushed or ignored. It’s clear everyone here truly loves what they do, and it shows in how they treat both pets and their humans. Highly recommend if you want skilled, compassionate care—and a vet who can handle even the sassie

Do not bring your pets here. I am a new client and came to bring my dog here for an appointment, but unfortunately, I was sent away to another clinic BECAUSE The doctor was not at the hospital ,but they were still open. That is ridiculous. I don’t know why she would have her staff still there. If the doctor is not on site they should’ve just automatically closed and all left. When I asked the lady up front why yall are still open then, but where the doctors was, she said we can still do administrative stuff without the doctor. So my question is, you still have your staff come in on days the doctors not in ?? For what??? I feel extremely sorry for the employees who don’t get days off, that’s so disrespectful. Not to mention if the hospital is “open” but NO DOCTOR, there has to be some law
