Furry Friends Grooming

I'm so upset with this place. I have a pomeranian mix who I specifically have told these people not to give her a pomeranian cut multiple times. They understood me and followed directions the first few times, but then the last time, someone gave her a Pomeranian cut anyway, which you shouldn't do on her, because it includes shaving and she has a double coat. 4-5 months later, her hair won't grow back in certain places, because you aren't. supposed. to. shave. a. dog. with. a double. coat. My dog looks awful and it's possible that her hair won't ever grow back. Please do your research and be more careful with people's pets. My dog had beautiful hair before it got messed up and she doesn't look the same.

I take my dog to Furry Friends to get her nails trimmed. My dog is such a drama queen.....i.e, yelps with every nail being cut. However, the staff is soooo good with her. They keep her calm, and really praise her. I highly recommend Furry Friends if your dog's nails need trimming.

This was my third and last visit to FF. The staff is ok. They seem to get bothered if I arrive a little early even though I sit out of sight in the waiting area so I don't upset my dog. But the hack job my girl got today was not worth $90. The hair around her face is uneven and it looks like they just took a shearing device and ran it once between her eyes. It doesn't look well done at all.

I take my cat here to get his claws trimmed. They do a great job. My cat is so calm with them! I'd recommend to everyone.

After searching and searching for a place that grooms cats, I finally found Furry Friends. I have a long haired cat, named Stinky. He got a sanitary cut, paw pads, and nails done. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my very nervous boy. We were also in and out in 15 minutes. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
