This review is for your Pet Boutique at the Rehoboth Outlets last Sunday whoever the woman is who was working 11/16. My best friend and I entered your store around noon both of us have spent years including present working customer service/retail and first rule is to greet the customer. I suppose your employee felt we didn't belong in your store maybe based off our ages or our appearances. It was only my friend and I in the empty store while your employee was simply too busy doomed scrolling her register screen in front of her to even say 1 single word to us. We spent a few minuets in there, commenting on things we liked and all for our dogs we approached the counter where the treats are kept. Still, she chose to intentionally ignore me and my best friend making us feel very unwelcome and

We were just looking around and trying to make a decision on what to buy and the front desk lady came over and say we are making her nervous, basically saying if we are not buying anything we should leave. I’m not sure if this is some sort of discrimination but this is the first time ever in my life I’ve been treated like this, simply unbelievable. We’ve been here couple of times before and were going to buy some stuff for our cat and just decided to leave things behind as it was extremely insulting to hear something like that.

I visited over the holidays to find a unique gift for a dog lover and the employees were super helpful in showing me options!
