Salty Dog Grooming Salon

I took my Berner, Luca Luigi, to Brittany and the team at Salty Dog and had an exceptional experience. Luca looks fantastic — their care was outstanding. After some disappointing groomers in the past, I’m so impressed and highly recommend Salty Dog. I’d give them a 1000 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾💕

Snowflake is so grateful to be shaved from head to toe! Thank you guys so much for dealing with his anxiety… He really missed his Pennsylvania salon due to our long and difficult move, and we have found his new home! There was a period when their service was good, but sadly, that has changed over the past few years. To begin with, it’s concerning that customers are not allowed inside the shop; since Covid, they have restricted access to curbside drop-off and pick-up only. Additionally, leaving your dog there from 9:30 until 2:00 pm means they are unattended for far too long. The haircut itself was disappointing, and my dog didn’t even leave looking as bright and white as expected.

UPDATE: I found another cut on his other arm. I’m actually extremely upset about the service here. This may be a good place for bigger dogs but not for smaller dogs. I understand it was my dogs first cut, and he can be difficult. That’s why I left a little over 30% tip, however… when they gave him back the first thing the women told me was how bad of a dog he was, which I knew he wouldn’t do so good because it was HIS FIRST TIME! It made me feel so horrible! There are ways to tell people things. I would’ve thought maybe “here is what we did today…. Etc. & then tell me how he wasn’t good” not straight up tell me, I literally asked her how much it was ($63 BTW) and wanted to get out of there. Also they forgot his harness and leash which I got his harness back I didn’t even want to go back to
